There are 350,000 menopausal women in employment in Ireland today.

One in four women experience domestic violence and 200,000 calls are made to help lines in Ireland on an annual basis.

It is imperative that we proactively support Wellbeing at work by ensuring we are aware of current legislation supporting employees, upskilling in these area’s, creating awareness and fostering a physiologically safe place to work.

The three courses in this bundle will bring you current legislation and best practice skills to managing Wellbeing in general and then specifically in the areas of Domestic Violence and Menopause.

Courses Include

Menopause - Creating a Culture of Support

This course is designed to inform and educate individuals on Menopause and Perimenopause with the view to breaking the stigma attached to it.
It examines real cases, legislation, who the menopause effects and what supports co-workers and employees can provide.
Employers now more that ever should be offering every support, including drafting a menopause policy to support those suffering the effects of menopause.
This is vital in order to hold onto valuable talent with many years experience.
This course offers a guide for employers to ensure they are managing menopause in the best way possible and creating a culture of safety and respect.

Supporting Victims and Survivors of Domestic Violence

One in four women experience domestic violence and more than 20,000 calls are made to domestic violence hotlines countrywide every day.

In this course learners will also gain an understanding of the statutory legislation in place to support those effected by Domestic Violence.

Managers and HR professionals will develop the skills required  to provide the essential support while ensuring the safety of the employee and the confidentiality of each case are fundamental priorities adhered to.
