About the Programme
Transgender colleagues can feel vulnerable in the workplace and may even at times feel like they do not want to bring their real self to work in fear of what colleagues may say or act.
It is the role and responsibility of management, HR teams and senior leaders to role model inclusive behaviours. This bitesize course aims to provide you with an overview of the key considerations that need to be introduced and form part of day to day work life, areas such as policy review, the importance of educating and training colleagues on how to communicate with trans colleagues and the importance of inclusive language.
