Learning Outcomes

  • Recognise the Health and safety policies in place in the company to protect employees from injury and ill health
  • Recall the companies’ data protection and GDPR policies that ensures best practice protection of all data consumed, managed, and stored in the company and limit risk of breach to this data.
  • Become familiar with the terms of conditions of employment as they set out the rights, entitlements and responsibilities of both the employer and employee during. They support clear understanding of what is expected during gained employment.
