Unconscious bias, Stereotyping resulting in discrimination exists and effects so many in todays’ society, but how we control it is key to ensuring a workplace that is diverse, inclusive where opportunities are open to everyone. We make assumptions everyday due to our subconscious mind, putting strategies in place to manage those thoughts is a key focal point in this course. Diversity needs to be at the heart of every company’s culture so as leaders we need to set the bar and display a no tolerance approach to discrimination at work.
