About the Programme
This course is designed to provide learners with an increased understanding of the requirements under employment legislation as an employer/manager.
It provides foundational knowledge of legal obligations and rights concerning employment, helping people managers navigate common challenges throughout the employee life cycle.
Learners are required to complete an assessment at the end of each module and must complete each module in full before moving to the next section.
