About the Programme
This course will expand employee’s and managers knowledge of what is meant by Dignity & Respect at work, understand the definitions of Bullying, Harassment and Sexual Harassment. Learners will also gain an insight into the Code of Practice on Bullying Prevention and Resolution, and the importance of acceptable behaviours in the workplace and building a positive workplace culture.
