Dignity & Respect for Managers

Dignity & Respect at work, understand the definitions of Bullying, Harassment and sexual harassment. Learners will also gain an insight into the Code of Practice on Bullying Prevention and Resolution, and the importance of acceptable behaviours in the workplace and building a positive workplace culture.

Annual Policy Refresher (Induction)

When a company has clear policies in place, both the employee and employer benefit. This E Learning course sets out clear behavioural guidelines and standards expected while in gained employment. The policies help protect the employee and company which leads to a safe, productive, and enjoyable work environment. It is complimentary to the company handbook and should be viewed with handbook to hand

Diversity & Inclusion

This course is designed to provide learners with an understanding of what is meant by diversity and inclusion. Understand and recognise what is acceptable and unacceptable behaviour in the workplace. The Learner will also increase their knowledge on how to be more inclusive regardless of an employee’s beliefs, opinions, backgrounds.

Performance Management
